Located just a 10 – 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the center of Playas del Coco you will find the unique condo development of Las Palmas Urbanization. Here you will find condos from $100,000 to beautiful 2 and 3 bedroom condos in the $400,000 plus range, with a few single family homes interspersed throughout. All condos in the entire neighborhood are just a short walk to the warm soft sands of Playas del Coco beach – anywhere from about one block to three blocks to the beach. There is a small mall within a short walk of most condos providing a well stocked grocery store, beauty salon plus other services. There are some great restaurants close by along with dentist offices, legal offices and medical services. Las Palmas has it all with no need for a vehicle. If you want to head out to the mountains or other adventures, just arrange with a local tour company or rent a car for a few days. Las Palmas is composed of various developments – Tropical Waves, Happy Oasis, Los Torres, Villa Riviera, Big Daddy, Jade Beach, Green Life - to name just a few. Each of these mini developments contain from 10 to 30 or more units built around a central pool and rancho BBQ area. Each are managed by separate Home Owner Associations which sets their own condo fees. Some are more upscale while others are fairly basic. There are lots of choices for the discriminating buyer. Las Palmas makes for great rental properties given their great location and all the development has to offer. During the high season from November to April most units available are fully rented.
