PACIFICO is located in Playas del Coco, Guanacaste, Costa Rica, a short 20-minute drive from the international airport in Liberia with direct flights from the US and Canada. This 175-acre, master-planned community was developed by the Jack Parker Corporation, a renowned US developer of luxury hotels & upscale communities for over 70 years. Our vision for PACIFICO is to combine the primeval beauty of Costa Rica with the amenities of a luxury resort and modern conveniences of home. The residences within PACIFICO are a combination of condominiums and single-family home sites – a mix of Mediterranean architecture and coastal design elements that are built to US standards. Floor plans for the residences are offered with one, two, or three bedrooms. All the original developer condominiums and townhomes are sold. There are a handful of re-sales. There are still some beautiful single-family home sites still available for sale and many custom homebuilders have purchased lots and built homes. There are a handful of spec homes currently for sale as well.
Inclusive of home ownership is membership to the PACIFICO BEACH CLUB, a $4 Million members-only club located on the beach, which features resort pools with sun deck, cabanas, water sports activities, and a restaurant and bar. Additional amenities at PACIFICO include 4 resort pools, toddler pool, and waterfall pavilion. Also there is a gym and spa and a 4000 sq ft health club with tennis courts coming soon. There is also an amazing poolside grill that serves food and drinks. It is a true resort feel. The key to PACIFICO is that you can walk to everything. Dozens of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, spas, coffee shops, gyms, casino, pharmacies, etc. are all within a couple minute walk.
Within PACIFICO there are two separate condominium sections. Lifestyle Condos are 1 bedroom/1 bath 1,168 sq ft units, or 3 bedroom/2 bath 1,599 sq ft units. All Lifestyle condos are poolside or pool view. The Clubside Condos have covered parking and slightly different floor plan. In Clubside, we offer 3 bedroom/2.5 bath 1,728 sq ft ocean view condos and also 2 bedroom/2 bath1,351 sq ft ocean view and non-ocean view condos.
All PACIFICO condos are equipped with tile throughout, granite or marble countertops, Kraft made cabinets, whirlpool appliances including stack washer and dryer, Kohler fixtures and all American Standard basins and bath. Each unit has central air conditioning.
HOA fees for the condos run anywhere from $600-700 per month depending on the unit.
The fees cover EVERYTHING outside of the unit:
- Maintenance of the exterior and roofs, as well as all common areas and infrastructure.
- Insurance on the building.
- Pool-side grill restaurant.
- Gym membership.
- Beach club membership (each owner must spend $600 per year on food or beverage at the private club).
- Landscaping and fumigation of the property.
- Sewage and garbage pickup.
- HOA administration.
Strategically located just a short walk to downtown Playas del Coco with all the downtown shops, restaurants and bars. Just outside the gate are great restaurants and stores – plus the second to none Auto Mercado Super Market. Just across the street is the locally owned Super Luperon Supermarket, which is well stocked as well.
The PACIFICO BEACH CLUB is located on the North end of Coco Beach and offers the best of the best. Owners can book cabanas and enjoy the ocean-side pool and the great Pacifico Restaurant with poolside service.
